- Emmaus Road Church began with a group of people who had grown tired of merely "doing" church and instead desired actually to start "being" the Church. Ultimately, we wanted to experience life to the fullest, and we believe that the fullest experience of life is the one which finds connection with God through Jesus Christ. We hope others will come to experience the same richness of life as they see the love of God in us.
